第三篇 择宜是路
鱼离不开水，不可在陆地生存，种子要选择合适的土壤，否则没办法丰收，同理，事业发展也需要适合的环境和模式，选对了是福，选错了可能就是祸，至少也是增加坎坷不顺。或许要多次选择，才能走到最适宜长久的那个，而不久，又应该迁居，所以开拓者，创作者，都不应惧怕改变。
很多创作者没有本土开枝散叶的命，不管他家乡多不好或者多好，不适合他的，就是不好的。比如某些历史上的画家，作家，艺术家，诗人...都需要离开故土，在他乡反而欣欣向荣，这是因为，他们的才情格局，人生缘分，可能更适合在别处。也许没有对错，只是适不适合。
首先，因为，假如写字的作者，或者创作艺术，都喜欢自由，不喜欢审查太多，也不喜欢被盗版，不符合这类的环境，就不宜久留。不然自寻烦恼，困扰太多，怎么顺利的继续创作和生活？勿庸人自扰。
尤其是，如果很多作品，根本没啥问题，只是因为，涉及到，仅仅是提到宗教或者某些地区才认为是禁忌的话题，根本还尚且没有什么倾向观点，就被屏蔽，发不出来。那么，事业无法开展，自然不必强求去扎根。所以可能，某些地方的环境，更适合这些人的生活事业，和人生和信仰。
其次，如果发愿把人生事业都奉献给天道，敬给神，为了如此神圣的大善事，那么当然应该去更加合适所发愿的土壤，或者是发愿要去的地方。
再次，如果是虔诚的信徒，很多人，可能都有感觉，天意，或者说神的意思，就是会有指向让你去某些地方，所以那不如就顺天意吧。
有时候，万事之所以成功，之所以好，都在于搭配得当，搭配的好，相得益彰，搭配不好，就会弄巧成拙，例如很多名菜，很多经典比如时装，建筑...也就是因此原理而成就。最简单的，就像番茄配鸡蛋，就很好吃，如果配其他的菜，就不那么美味，如果配苦瓜，那就更不应该了，简直是暴殄天物。初衷很好，可路线不佳，那么苦了自己，尚未成事先衰败，也可能连带还苦了别人，就是成就了错误和罪过，而非善行义举了。所以，淮北为枳，栖息地，环境的选择，人生的进退，也是同理。
烹饪讲究文火，武火，文字文化之路，之所以都带个文这个字，就是最宜秉持温和之道，不可用力过猛，没有燃眉之急千钧一发时，就不宜操之过急，引发熊熊大火，因为多会适得其反，费力不讨好。所以搞创作的，不是救急的消防员救护车，应知止则止，当退则退，宜进便进。急躁冒进，盲目生硬，多易走了弯路，跌了跟头，多半预后不良。
因此，文人多半风度翩翩，聪明灵秀，温文儒雅...所以说，随和随缘，潜移默化，如阳光晨露，和风细雨，因材施教，因地制宜，才是文化之道的妙手捷径呀...
Chapter 3: choosing the right , can make the good results
Fish can't live on land without water. Seeds should choose the right soil, otherwise they can't have a good harvest. Similarly, career development also needs suitable environment and models. Choosing the right one will bring good luck, and choosing the wrong one may be a disaster, or at least increase bad lucks. It may take many choices to get to the one that is most suitable for a long time, and soon, maybe should move again, to another right place...so pioneers and creators should not be afraid of changes.
Many creators do not have the life of good chances for their careers in local . No matter how bad or good his hometown is, it is not suitable for him, so there is wrong place for him. For example, some painters, writers, artists, poets ,in history.... They all need to leave their hometown and prosper in other places. This is because their talent pattern and life fate may be more suitable elsewhere. Maybe there is no right or wrong, just suitable or not.
First of all, because if the author of writing or creative art likes freedom, doesn't like too much censorship, and doesn't like being pirated, it's not suitable to stay long if it doesn't meet this kind of environment. Otherwise, ask for trouble ,and worry too much. How can they continue to create and live smoothly? Don't bother yourself.
In particular, if many works have no problem at all, they are blocked and can't be sent out because they are related to topics that are considered taboo only by referring to religion or some regions, and there is no tendency and view at all. Then, if the careers cannot be carried out, there is no need to force it to take root there. So maybe the environment in some other places is more suitable for these people's life, career, life time and faith.
Secondly, if you wish to dedicate your life and career to the way of heaven and worship God ,for such a sacred road, of course, you should go to the soil or places where you wish to go.
Thirdly, if you are a devout believer, many people may feel that the will of heaven, or the wills of God, will tell them, there will be directions , like guide , for them, should go to some places, so it's better to go with the will of God.
Sometimes, the reason why everything is successful and good lies in the proper collocation. If it is well matched, it will complement each other. If it is not well matched, it will be self defeating, such as many famous dishes, many classics, such as fashion, architecture... That is, the achievement of this principle. The simplest thing is that tomatoes with eggs are delicious. If they are matched with other dishes, they are not so delicious. If they are matched with balsam pear, the plan is worst. It is a waste mistake for our natural resources . The original intention is very good, but the line is not good. If you suffer yourself and failure before you get your goals,and you may also make others suffer, that is, you have achieved mistakes and sins, not good deeds and righteous deeds. Therefore, grow in wrong place will become bitter orange. The choice of habitat and environment, and the advance and retreat of life, are the same situations and reasons, make them become good or bad.
Cooking pays attention to slow fire, martial fire ,and the road of writing and culture, the reason why we all take the word "Wen" in those two names---writing and culture, is that we should adhere to the way of moderation and do not use too much force. If there is no urgent need, just like will be die, we should not act too quickly to rude rush and cause a raging fire, because it will be counterproductive and thankless. Therefore,creation are not emergency firefighters and ambulances. They should stop when they know to stop, and retreat when they should retreat. They should enter when the time should enter. Impatient and rash, blind and stiff, it is easy to take detours and fall, and most of them have a poor prognosis.
Therefore, most of the literati are elegant, smart, gentle and refined ,Therefore, being easy-going, imperceptible, such as sunshine, morning dew, gentle wind and rain, teaching students according to their aptitude and adjusting measures to local conditions ,are the wonderful shortcut to the way of culture...
